  • Expansion of the Main Parking Lot, adding 80+ parking spaces

  • Relocation of Westhampton Drive to accommodate Main Lot expansion

  • Addition of:
    o    New pedestrian walkways (including alongside Caddie Hill Road)
    o    A 4-way stop at the intersection of Caddie Hill Road/Westhampton Drive
    o    A drop-off zone adjacent to the Upper Terrace
    o    Additional safety and traffic calming measures

  • Right-sized infrastructure (stormwater, lighting, security cameras)

  • Amplified pressure on parking for members and staff

  • Alternate pedestrian routes in each project stage

  • Fencing around construction areas and directional signage for pedestrian and vehicular traffic

  • Single-lane traffic on Caddie Hill Road as needed during work (flagger will direct traffic, one lane will always remain open)

  • Temporary closures of Westhampton Drive at specific, scheduled times (will be communicated ahead of time)

  • Golf Course Architect Andrew Green consulted on construction and golf impact

November 10, 2025 through Spring 2026

The project is intentionally phased to preserve reasonable walking paths, keep Caddie Hill Road open, maintain at least one main entrance at all times, and retain a portion of parking in the Main Lot at all times.
