Right-sized infrastructure (stormwater, lighting, security cameras)

Single-lane traffic on Caddie Hill Road as needed during work (flagger will direct traffic, one lane will always remain open)

The project is intentionally phased to preserve reasonable walking paths, keep Caddie Hill Road open, maintain at least one main entrance at all times, and retain a portion of parking in the Main Lot at all times.
