Update: Highlights of December

We’re happy to report that recent weather has only marginally impacted progress. Our project partners have been able to stay on schedule by advancing some tasks when others are not feasible due to weather.

Some highlights since our last update:

• New stormwater inlets have been formed and finished to better capture runoff on the new roadway

• Initial prep work on the underground stormwater detention system has begun with an anticipated completion during the first few weeks in January

• The tree removal portion of Phase 1 is complete.

• Curb work has begun - this is the first step in constructing the new pedestrian pathway alongside Caddie Hill Road

Utilization of the CCV Shuttle (featuring some holiday cheer) has also increased and we encourage you to join in on the shuttle fun during your next visit to the Westhampton Campus.
